Sheep production has been on the farm since the mid 1960s and is a very well established business for us. Our flock consists of 45 ewes that produce around 80 lambs per year.
At slaughter, the skins are treated and are then sent to Donnia for skin preparation. In essence, we have gray skin with 35mm blanket shearing.
